Sourced from Guatemalan rainforests, our cacao is cultivated by small-scale farmers using sustainable, organic methods. Each batch is hand-harvested, fermented, sun-dried, and stone-ground to preserve its natural integrity. Women’s collectives carefully hand-peel every bean, ensuring the highest quality. Every step honors the land, the farmers, and the sacred tradition of cacao.

Harvest & Fermentation

Our cacao is hand-harvested by small-scale farmers in Guatemala. The beans are carefully removed from the pods and naturally fermented for up to 11 days, developing their rich flavor while preserving the plant’s sacred properties.

Hand-Peeling

After fermentation, the cacao beans are sun-dried and meticulously hand-peeled by women’s collectives. This artisanal process ensures the highest quality while supporting fair wages and traditional craftsmanship.

Stone Grinding

The beans are stone-ground into a smooth paste, preserving their natural oils and nutrients. The paste is then formed into ceremonial blocks, free from additives—just pure, unprocessed cacao in its most potent form.
