• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We accept payments via Cash (pickup), Credit Card, Debit Card.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently offer pickup in Vancouver, Kelowna and Armstrong (see local distributors page HERE)
• Processing times may vary but order are available for pickup up to 2 hours from online order placement.
• Once an order is collected from a pickp location, Seed Of Love Cacao is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages due to carrier issues.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on cacao.
• If your order is opened damaged or incorrect, please contact us at returns@seedoflovecacao.com within 24hrs of collection for resolution.

5. Product Disclaimer

• Our cacao is a natural plant medicine and is intended for personal use and wellness.
