When we open our hearts, we allow ourselves to be fully present. A luminous thread emerges, weaving us into the rhythms of the Earth, the quiet pulse of nature, and the presence of those around us. A Journey Of Love & True Connection

Our journey began with a personal love for cacao. After visiting Guatemala and experiencing its sacred traditions firsthand, we fell in love—not with a product, but with the medicine itself. What started as a desire to source cacao ethically blossomed into something more: a gentle weaving of connection, heart, and shared presence. Over time, this simple love has grown into a practice of honoring the magic of cacao and the ways it draws us closer to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

Our Cacao

Our cacao is sourced ethically and directly from small-scale farmers in Guatemala, honoring the sacred traditions of the land and the people who cultivate this medicine. Every seed in our cacao carries a story—of land, community, and care. The beans come from isolated Mayan food forest communities across three regions in Guatemala: the Pacific front of Suchitepequez, central north Alta Verapaz, and the Caribbean front of Izabal. Here, rare strains of cacao are grown in organic soils, tended with generations of wisdom, and nurtured with love.

Through the work of Cacao Source, each ceremonial cacao batch honors its origin; the distinct aromas, flavors, and stories of each place are preserved and celebrated. The farmers’ dedication and care create a bridge between these sacred communities and those who experience the medicine around the world.
